Reservation and cancellation conditions

The hotel will hold your booking until 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive later, please inform the hotel prior to your arrival, otherwise your reservation is not guaranteed. The contact details of the hotel can be found in the reservation confirmation or on the website.

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made exclusively to the hotel. If you cannot take up your booking, you need to cancel it until the day of your booking before 12:00 hours. Please take note that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Bookings not cancelled until the day of arrival before 12:00 hours, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night. In case of no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged. A different cancellation policy may apply for group bookings.

In case you want to cancel the booking, you may contact the hotel directly. A cancellation request can only be done by email and a cancellation is only valid with an e-mail confirmation of the hotel.
